About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with basic tasks in the area, such as data integration and responding to analysts' requests for predefined and stabilized tasks, freeing analysts to handle new demands.
Perform tasks accurately and quickly, assisting the area's analysts in carrying out activities aimed at optimizing operations.
Populate and generate performance indicators and production monitoring systems (Overview);
Analyze success factors to ensure line stability and improve performance in terms of safety, quality, pace, efficiency, cost and people;
Prepare construction planning, including validation with managers and monthly follow-up (Master Plan);
Collect and consolidate construction measurement data (PLS);
Develop a simulator to analyze the S-curve of construction disbursements;
Update the area’s base files to ensure data accuracy;
Act as a guardian of the Tenda Industrial Model, following established routines in accordance with area policies, as well as expected targets and results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting;
Intermediate Excel;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
The following will be considered a plus:
Experience in construction sites or the construction industry;
Experience in Operational Excellence.
