About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote alignment and interaction between the company's business areas and the Human Resources department, acting as a consultant to company leadership through training, recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding, aiming to develop the supported areas to ensure their satisfaction, compliance with the company's code of ethics and policies, and the achievement of predefined goals and results.
- Actively lead and supervise the team, directing work, keeping the team motivated, and managing task timelines.
- Serve as a link between managers and teams across different areas, ensuring a favorable climate for fulfilling the organization's mission and achieving desired results, providing information to support decision-making, and working to effectively integrate company areas.
- Implement and oversee innovative initiatives, mapping situations that could compromise the company's strategy, using indicators and metrics and turning them into actionable information for decision-making.
- Design and monitor training and development programs (Individual Development Plans - IDPs), supporting managers in creating these plans. Develop, deliver, or replicate various trainings and onboarding sessions, and connect the company with external consultancies to support employee development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in HR, People Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong experience working as a Business Partner and/or in Organizational Development
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience creating and scaling training and learning content
- Versatility and ability to work across multiple functions
