About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create control routines and monitor the department budget, identifying major variances for action;
  • Prepare schedules, budgets and action plans for corporate and regional events;
  • Oversee setup, logistics, infrastructure and teardown;
  • Conduct site visits;
  • Ensure delivery of materials, equipment and services on time and to the required standards;
  • Negotiate and contract service providers such as catering, venue rental, décor and technology;
  • Maintain relationships with strategic partners and sponsors;
  • Source new suppliers;
  • Develop event strategies;
  • Monitor KPIs (such as attendance, engagement and participant feedback);
  • Prepare post-event reports with results analysis and improvement recommendations;
  • Propose creative ideas and align with market trends to enhance the customer experience;
  • Responsible for organizing and executing events, bringing suggestions, ideas, new suppliers and best practices to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Public Relations;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with Power BI and Google Workspace (Google Docs);
  • Availability to travel to Campinas.
