About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create control routines and monitor the department budget, identifying major variances for action;
Prepare schedules, budgets and action plans for corporate and regional events;
Oversee setup, logistics, infrastructure and teardown;
Conduct site visits;
Ensure delivery of materials, equipment and services on time and to the required standards;
Negotiate and contract service providers such as catering, venue rental, décor and technology;
Maintain relationships with strategic partners and sponsors;
Source new suppliers;
Develop event strategies;
Monitor KPIs (such as attendance, engagement and participant feedback);
Prepare post-event reports with results analysis and improvement recommendations;
Propose creative ideas and align with market trends to enhance the customer experience;
Responsible for organizing and executing events, bringing suggestions, ideas, new suppliers and best practices to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Public Relations;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience with Power BI and Google Workspace (Google Docs);
Availability to travel to Campinas.
