About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the progress of project deliveries for Tenda construction sites to ensure they meet deadlines;
Critically review designs to propose improvements in concept and execution;
Contact designers to align expectations and resolve design issues;
Respond to project questions from construction sites through site visits, phone calls and email to ensure smooth project execution;
Develop project documentation and follow up on approvals with utility companies and other public agencies prior to project launch;
Prepare budgets for contracting launches with banks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urbanism;
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
