About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the management of engagement, climate and employee experience survey cycles, ensuring organization, adherence to schedules, data quality and monitoring participation.
  • Operate and analyze recurring surveys, such as bimonthly engagement surveys, construction site surveys and exit interviews.
  • Consolidate, clean and analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data, identifying trends, strengths, risks and opportunities by audience, area, region, hierarchical level and tenure.
  • Prepare executive analyses, presentation materials and reports with a clear interpretation of key results, connecting indicators such as eNPS, participation rates, favorability, practiced culture and critical employee experience themes.
  • Support the development of diagnostics for engagement committees, meetings with BPs (HR Business Partners), directors and leadership, translating data into practical recommendations for decision-making.
  • Contribute to the analysis of open-ended comments, categorization of recurring themes and identification of relevant perceptions about leadership, culture, career, development, communication, recognition, benefits and the work environment.
  • Support governance of engagement action plans, tracking priorities, owners, action progress and connection to the main survey findings.
  • Work in partnership with BPs (HR Business Partners), corporate areas and leaders to support interpretation of results and encourage use of data in day-to-day management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of listening instruments, questionnaires, dashboards, processes, historical databases and ways of presenting results.
  • Support initiatives related to organizational culture, connecting survey results to cultural principles, expected behaviors and leadership practices.
  • Participate in projects to evolve the area, including automation of analyses, use of AI for comment analysis, improvement of indicator dashboards and strengthening organizational climate intelligence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably with work in climate, engagement, culture, employee experience, people analytics or organizational development.
  • Experience with organizational surveys, analysis of HR metrics and building diagnostics from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data, identify patterns, cross-reference information and transform results into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills for creating presentations, executive reports and leadership support materials.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing timelines, datasets, eligible audiences, analysis segments and tracking deliverables.
  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders such as BPs (HR Business Partners), leaders, corporate areas and vendors.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Desirable knowledge of Power BI, survey tools, people analytics, comment analysis or applied AI for HR data.
