About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consultancy to internal clients through people and management services (recruitment and selection, performance evaluations, training and development, internal communications, climate and culture, KPI management, internal audits, compensation and labor relations, personnel administration processes, among others) to ensure client satisfaction, compliance with the company code of ethics and policies, and achievement of predefined goals and results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, Social Work, or related fields; postgraduate degree in HR desirable
Microsoft Office (basic)
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Experience with job boards and resume sourcing tools/sites
