About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide consultancy to internal clients in the PR and MG regions (Paraná and Minas Gerais) by applying People & Management processes, with the goal of advising and supporting decision-making related to people.
  • Discuss and define with managers the hiring needs to be addressed; prepare job requisition forms; advertise job openings; screen resumes; schedule interviews; execute individual and mass selection processes; conduct interviews, tests and group dynamics; and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Advise managers and conduct team assessments (Nine-box, Cycle Pipeline, Operations, Internship, Vertical Beacon, Cycle Beacon, etc.), contributing to analyses to ensure adherence to the models. Consolidate final results and map talent.
  • Work with areas/managers to identify training and Individual Development Plan (PDI) needs for teams and support them in creating these plans. Design, deliver or replicate various trainings and onboarding sessions; liaise and negotiate with consultancies; prepare and send invitations; schedule and organize rooms; print materials; prepare attendance and reaction evaluation lists; tabulate data; organize coffee breaks; etc.
  • Advise teams and managers on compensation policies, personnel movements, transfers and merit windows.
  • Identify personnel movement needs and follow the approval workflow to ensure changes are processed within deadlines.
  • Request changes to cost center managers and request the creation of management cost centers.
  • Monitor hiring, benefits, electronic timekeeping, vacations, terminations and homologations for the areas you support, intervening when necessary.
  • Conduct exit interviews for all employees, consolidate the information in the database, analyze it and implement necessary action plans (PDAs). Support the administration of the Official Climate Survey and help build the required action plans. Contribute to the dissemination of the company culture, policies and code of ethics to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and send internal communications (e.g., meeting results memos, leader talks, reading tips, monthly birthdays and hires, promotions, payroll schedule, etc.). Create, organize and run activities for commemorative dates and regional events (company gatherings) to promote a positive work environment.
  • Maintain the People & Management KPI dashboard, analyze and monitor the main GG indicators within your scope. Develop action plans to address unsatisfactory results and prepare presentations (PPTs) to present outcomes.
  • Support ISO/PBQPH audits, providing the guidance and support areas need to maintain certification.
  • Support Excellence Programs (PEF and PEV), providing guidance and support to areas. Conduct People & Management audits (when applicable) to ensure excellence in process compliance.
  • Manage the Internship Program: support interns' professional development, deliver trainings, administer tests, define Job Rotation and manage revalidation of intern contracts. Monitor the development and performance of apprentices and ensure quota compliance across areas. Liaise with educational and training institutions when needed.
  • Periodic travel to Belo Horizonte (MG).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Strong experience in Recruitment & Selection.
  • Close proximity to operations / experience working closely with operations.
  • Experience with personnel movements, training, employee climate and engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and union relations.
