About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, structure and lead change management for strategic Information Technology initiatives, ensuring that digital transformations, system implementations, new processes and operating models are properly communicated, understood, absorbed and adopted by the business areas;
- Work cross-functionally with IT teams, leaders, stakeholders and affected users to drive communication, engagement, training and organizational readiness strategies aimed at reducing resistance, minimizing operational impacts, accelerating adoption and maximizing the value realized from implemented initiatives;
- Define and monitor adoption and effectiveness metrics for changes, promoting continuous improvement in organizational transformation processes and ensuring alignment between technology, operations and corporate strategy;
- Establish and implement the Change Management discipline for strategic IT initiatives. Define, standardize and roll out methodology, processes, tools and governance for Change Management in technology projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between IT and business areas throughout all phases of transformation;
- Ensure the adoption of technological solutions and new processes by the business areas — work with impacted areas to guarantee proper use and integration of new systems, processes and operating models, promoting actions that increase adoption, reduce resistance and minimize post-implementation operational impacts;
- Lead communication and organizational engagement strategies related to digital transformations and operational changes. Plan and execute communication, engagement and follow-up strategies aimed at leaders, stakeholders and users affected by digital transformation initiatives, ensuring clarity around objectives, impacts, benefits and expected changes;
- Design and coordinate training and organizational readiness activities for the rollout of systems, processes and new operating models. Map training needs, plan trainings and coordinate organizational readiness activities to ensure impacted areas are prepared to operate new systems, processes and ways of working at go-live;
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness indicators for changes implemented in IT initiatives;
- Define, track and analyze metrics related to adoption, usage, engagement and effectiveness of implemented changes, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements to maximize the results of technology initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Project Management or related fields;
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter);
- Experience with predictive (waterfall), agile and hybrid project management approaches;
- Experience in digital transformation and implementation of enterprise systems;
- Stakeholder management and organizational communication skills;
- Planning and execution of engagement and organizational adoption initiatives;
- Organizational impact mapping and change resistance management;
- Strategies for training and organizational readiness;
- Definition and monitoring of adoption and effectiveness metrics;
- Experience working in corporate environments with cross-functional interaction between IT and the business;
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, Miro, Planner or similar);
- Basic knowledge of using artificial intelligence for productivity, communication and information analysis;
- Desired: knowledge of agile operating models and matrix structures (e.g., Hub & Spoke);
- Desired: experience with project and demand management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps or similar).
