About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the execution and monitoring of Canal House incentive campaigns;
  • Compile and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly results;
  • Consolidate information and prepare rankings, communications and promotional materials;
  • Ensure that campaign controls and supporting evidence are kept up to date;
  • Track the prize delivery process to winners;
  • Obtain quotes and support purchasing processes for giveaways, prizes, t-shirts and promotional materials;
  • Monitor suppliers, delivery deadlines and quality of contracted materials;
  • Manage inventory of giveaways and campaign materials;
  • Draft and send communications to teams and regional offices;
  • Organize schedules, meetings and events for the area;
  • Act as an operational support point between Canal House and other areas of the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communication or related fields;
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with administrative controls and process organization;
  • Good writing and corporate communication skills;
  • Knowledge of commercial campaign and incentive management is a plus;
  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Sense of urgency;
  • Good communication skills;
