Mid-level People & Management Analyst – Engagement

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management of employee engagement, climate and experience survey cycles, ensuring organization, adherence to timelines, data quality and tracking participation.
- Implement and analyze recurring surveys, such as bimonthly engagement surveys, site/project surveys and exit interviews.
- Consolidate, clean and analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data, identifying trends, strengths, risks and opportunities by audience, department, region, hierarchical level and tenure.
- Prepare executive analyses, presentation materials and reports with a clear interpretation of key results, connecting indicators such as eNPS, participation, favorability, culture in practice and critical themes of the employee experience.
- Support the development of diagnostics for engagement committees, meetings with People Business Partners (BPs), directors and leadership, translating data into practical recommendations for decision-making.
- Contribute to the analysis of open comments, categorization of recurring themes and identification of relevant perceptions about leadership, culture, career, development, communication, recognition, benefits and the work environment.
- Support the governance of engagement action plans, monitoring priorities, owners, action progress and linkage to key survey findings.
- Work in partnership with BPs, corporate areas and leaders to support interpretation of results and encourage the use of data in day-to-day management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of listening instruments, questionnaires, dashboards, processes, historical databases and ways of presenting results.
- Support initiatives related to organizational culture, connecting survey results to cultural principles, expected behaviors and leadership practices.
- Participate in projects to evolve the area, including automation of analyses, use of AI for comment analysis, improvement of indicator dashboards and strengthening of organizational climate intelligence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably with work in climate, engagement, culture, employee experience, people analytics or organizational development.
- Experience with organizational surveys, analysis of HR indicators and building diagnostics from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Analytical ability to interpret data, identify patterns, cross-reference information and turn results into objective recommendations.
- Strong written and visual communication skills for building presentations, executive reports and leadership support materials.
- Organization and attention to detail for managing timelines, databases, eligible populations, analysis segments and tracking deliverables.
- Ability to work in partnership with different stakeholders, such as BPs, leaders, corporate areas and vendors.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Desirable knowledge of Power BI, survey tools, people analytics, comment analysis or the use of AI applied to HR data.
