About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the development of project launches and the start of construction works in partnership with responsible departments (permitting/legalization, GETEC — Technical Management, real estate legal, and financing with Caixa Econômica Federal) to ensure project phases are aligned, synchronized and deliver the expected results, using management tools (schedules in Excel or other tools) and regular team meetings;
Interact with market intelligence, technical budgeting and financial planning teams to prepare launch books for internal committees;
Manage committee agendas;
Gather and consolidate all information for each development in an organized manner—using folders, spreadsheets and data sheets with information from all areas—acting as a knowledge reference and product owner;
Monitor launch schedules and oversee Caixa Econômica Federal financing processes to ensure launches and the viability of disbursements;
Research competitor market trends (product, locations, permits, etc.);
Consolidate management information for the Business Directorate;
Prepare and update dashboards to track business development and prospecting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism, Economics, Project Management or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Real Estate Business, Property Development or related areas is desirable.
Proven experience in the real estate/property development market, with activities in business development, launch management or project planning.
Experience coordinating and monitoring multidisciplinary schedules, interacting with areas such as Permitting, Engineering, Legal, Development and Finance.
Experience consolidating and presenting executive materials for committees and senior leadership.
Knowledge of real estate financing contracting processes, especially with Caixa Econômica Federal, is considered a differential.
Experience developing and analyzing management indicators, dashboards and executive reports to support decision-making.
Advanced Excel skills, including building and managing schedules, consolidating data sets and performing management analyses.
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is desirable.
Analytical ability, organization, systems thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship skills to work transversally with different areas and levels of the organization.
Proactive, ownership mindset, with strong prioritization skills and results orientation.
