About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support and assistance to employees and managers for matters related to Personnel Administration;
  • Manage the hiring/onboarding processes, ensuring document verification, adherence to deadlines, and coordination with relevant departments;
  • Execute and oversee offboarding processes, including termination settlement calculations, homologation (finalization), documentation, and guidance to employees;
  • Monitor cases of dismissal for cause, job abandonment, and other labor claims, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies;
  • Manage and monitor work hours, electronic timekeeping, resolve inconsistencies, and advise managers;
  • Ensure accurate execution of termination payments and other payroll processes related to personnel movements;
  • Conduct exit interviews, consolidate information, and identify opportunities to improve turnover indicators;
  • Handle access control and other administrative measures arising from hires and terminations;
  • Monitor area KPIs, tracking volumes, deadlines, and process quality, and propose continuous improvements;
  • Collaborate with other People & Management teams to ensure excellent service and compliance with legislation and company policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, Logistics, or related fields;
  • Solid experience in Personnel/HR Administration, with focus on employee service and handling high-volume workloads;
  • Experience with hiring, terminations, homologation (finalization of terminations), timekeeping control, contract monitoring, and management of labor documentation;
  • Experience managing termination processes, including voluntary resignations, dismissal for cause, job abandonment, and ensuring correct processing of termination payments;
  • Experience in access blocking, deadline control, and interfacing with internal areas to ensure compliance with offboarding procedures;
  • Experience conducting exit interviews, analyzing primary causes of turnover, and developing metrics and action plans;
  • Background working in high-volume environments such as logistics operations, distribution centers, retail, or manufacturing;
  • Knowledge of labor law and Personnel Administration routines;
  • Intermediate Office suite skills, with strong proficiency in Excel;
  • Organized, resilient, proactive profile with a sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands.
