About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage developments under warranty within the operating region, ensuring post-construction customer service is provided promptly, with quality and within the SLAs defined by the company. Perform technical diagnosis of construction defects, ensuring correct recording and handling of service requests, as well as the management of service providers;
Actively contribute to feedback for internal areas through structured analysis of occurrences, aiming at preventive actions, reducing recurrence, decreasing the number of service requests and optimizing post-construction costs, thereby promoting continuous improvement of product quality and customer satisfaction.
Provide customer service via the system (FastBuilt) and in the field through technical inspections of units and common areas;
Identify and diagnose construction defects, advising the customer on the solution and the services to be carried out;
Ensure clear, empathetic and assertive communication, contributing to customer satisfaction.
Manage open technical service requests, assessing their validity according to warranty criteria;
Ensure compliance with the service and execution SLAs defined by the company;
Monitor execution of services by third-party providers, ensuring quality and timeliness;
Invoke contractual guarantees from suppliers whenever applicable.
Control Work Orders using dashboards, ensuring visibility and operational efficiency;
Prepare the cost composition of valid service calls in the system for supervisor validation;
Track provider performance, ensuring technical quality and adherence to company standards.
Analyze weekly indicators such as GAPE NPS and Chaves +6, including customer comments;
Support the definition of action plans together with the supervisor and related areas;
Ensure correct recording of information in the system, contributing to feedback and continuous improvement of processes and products.
Assist the supervisor with handover inspections of completed works, ensuring compliance with established standards;
Oversee complex repair works (judicial or Extra GAPE), ensuring quality, timeliness and cost control;
Support demands related to legal actions through inspections and technical follow-up.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a Technologist in Building Construction/Construction Management;
Ability to read and/or understand construction drawings and project documentation;
Microsoft Office;
AutoCAD;
SAP
