About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the updating and monitoring of people management metrics, such as turnover, time-to-hire, engagement, performance and productivity;
  • Assist with exploratory data analysis, contributing to the identification of patterns and trends related to people management;
  • Support the preparation and organization of datasets used in HR analyses and studies;
  • Build and update dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI, ensuring correct data refresh and organization of information;
  • Perform initial data cleaning, consolidation and validation of datasets from different systems and sources;
  • Support the HR team in producing reports, presentations and analytical materials that inform people management discussions and decisions;
  • Contribute to organizing the area’s indicators and reports repository, helping make information available to leaders;
  • Support initiatives to improve the organization and quality of people data, contributing to the development of People Analytics practices within the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI), including dashboard creation and updates;
  • Basic experience manipulating data in Power Query (M);
  • Knowledge of SQL for querying and extracting data;
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib);
  • Knowledge of statistics applied to business data;
  • Interest in and familiarity with data analysis applied to business contexts;
  • Basic knowledge of data cleaning and organization;
  • Ability to support the construction and updating of people management metrics;
  • Ability to support the generation of reports and analyses under guidance;
  • Organized and detail-oriented when handling data;
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely.
