About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting to internal clients through People & Management services (recruitment and selection, performance evaluations, training and development, internal communication, climate and culture, KPI management, internal audits, compensation and labor/union relations, personnel administration processes, among others), ensuring client satisfaction, compliance with the company’s code of ethics and policies, and achievement of predefined goals and results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Communications, Social Work, or Human Resources
Postgraduate degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office suite)
