About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance feasibility analysis models for the company’s various businesses, updating and optimizing Excel spreadsheets and/or software using appropriate financial concepts to streamline study preparation by business areas and provide suitable investment analyses;
Prepare feasibility studies for all of the company’s real estate developments using the financial models appropriate to each situation to support investment decision-making;
Analyze results of ongoing projects and prepare monitoring reports with the direct team and project management, comparing expected results at the time of launch or land acquisition with actual outcomes, and develop action plans to correct identified deviations to ensure planned results are achieved;
Train the team and key users in preparing feasibility studies and using the feasibility models so they can perform their activities in accordance with strategic guidelines;
Participate in management system update projects as a key user, testing defined processes, reporting potential errors and suggesting process improvements when applicable to ensure updates align with business processes;
Responsible for the update processes of the company’s financial feasibility model and for leading the tool update process in accordance with the budget.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
Proven experience in project analysis, business feasibility or Project Finance;
Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations with key internal stakeholders;
Knowledge of corporate finance, economic feasibility analysis, and project modeling (discounted cash flow);
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience in financial planning (FP&A) is a plus;
Analytical ability and ease in transferring knowledge to others.
