Key responsibilities & impact

Construction costs: Receive and evaluate monthly budget forecasts for construction projects, via email sent by the control unit, with the purpose of consolidating information for presentation of results to the executive board;
Project incurred costs: Analyze incurred project amounts using the internal system to ensure correct allocation across all projects and, consequently, the accurate financial progress of the projects;
Audit: Assist the area manager in preparing documents requested by auditors using the internal system and the department's internal network, aiming to fully meet the requirements of the audit;
KPIs: Contribute with analysis, generation of indicators and compilation of the database using existing systems and controls to help the area manager continuously improve the information and visibility provided to operations managers;
ERP: Support internal technical operations areas via the company's system, providing internal stakeholders with timely information and offering system-related guidance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering;
Experience with construction sites, budgeting, or physical-financial planning;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of physical and financial control of construction projects is considered a plus;
Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, MS Project, or Primavera is desirable;
Availability for periodic site visits to projects in the region;
Must reside in Salvador, BA or the metropolitan area.
