About the role

  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual results reports, market disclosures, and presentations for the Board of Directors and executive committees.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for the capital markets, such as conferences, roadshows, investor meetings, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze financial and market data.
  • Maintain and implement improvements to the company’s Investor Relations (IR) website.
  • Organize meetings with shareholders and investors.
  • Support relationship management with equity and fixed-income investors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CVM rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange).
  • Knowledge of Corporate Finance.
  • Intermediate English is considered a plus.
