Key responsibilities & impact

Map internal processes and identify automation opportunities to eliminate waste, rework, and operational errors
Create effective prompts and agents and design AI workflows that increase productivity and support decision-making, always assessing the safety, reliability, and applicability of responses
Develop scripts, automations, and integrations between systems, APIs, databases, spreadsheets, and other company tools
Use Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and prompt engineering to extract, classify, and structure information, create intelligent workflows, and accelerate solution development
Manipulate, validate, and integrate data from different sources, ensuring data quality, security, and reliability
Test, monitor, and document automations, handle exceptions, and promote continuous process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields
Experience developing automations, scripts, and integrations
Strong programming logic and proficiency in Python (or an equivalent language)
Knowledge of APIs, handling CSV, XML, JSON and PDF files, Git, and databases
Experience with Generative AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, LLMs, and prompt engineering
Analytical, organized, and proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills and an interest in innovation
Familiarity with Git and code versioning
