About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead IT security and infrastructure technical projects independently: security, networks, systems, cloud, IAM, resilience, DR/BCP
  • Serve as Tech Lead for infrastructure and security domains
  • Propose and validate technical and security architecture choices
  • Coordinate technical, security, production, business teams and external partners
  • Challenge solutions to ensure robustness, resilience and security
  • Assist the Project Director in the overall management of a critical project
  • Define and enforce technical and security standards
  • Analyze security risks and technical and operational impacts
  • Ensure security is integrated from project design (security by design)
  • Structure and lead a team of technical project managers
  • Harmonize management practices and ensure cross-project consistency
  • Identify, anticipate and manage critical dependencies
  • Maintain project flash reports and consolidate a multi-project view
  • Produce monitoring indicators and ensure reliable reporting
  • Prepare pre-project documentation for critical technical projects
  • Manage technical changes, CAB reviews and critical production deployments
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, standards and frameworks
  • Oversee security incidents post-deployment and drive remediation plans
  • Contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent
  • At least 8 years' experience in similar environments
  • Strong expertise in infrastructure and security
  • Proven experience managing technical projects
  • Experience as a Tech Lead or cross-functional technical lead
  • Expertise in IT infrastructures: networking, systems, virtualization, storage
  • Proficiency in systems and network security: hardening, segmentation, bastion hosts
  • Knowledge of Cloud security: AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Familiarity with identity and access management: IAM/PAM
  • Experience in vulnerability management, security audits and risk management
  • Knowledge of continuity strategies: DR/BCP
  • Strong background in critical, secure production environments
  • Experience leading critical technical projects
  • Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder, multi-project teams
  • Ability to structure and manage complex project setups
  • Experience managing major risks and sensitive situations
  • Experience in project governance and decision-making committees
