Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for maintaining operational readiness
Deployment and industrialization of the application ecosystem
Analyze and qualify business and technical requirements
Implement application architectures
Integrate applications in compliance with infrastructure and security standards
Industrialize and automate deployment and operational processes
Provide level 2/3 application support and handle incidents
Manage and secure application deployments in production
Monitor environments and ensure their availability
Perform diagnostics, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Produce and maintain technical documentation
Develop dashboards, reports, and production monitoring metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years' experience in demanding application production and DevOps environments
Proficient with Windows and Linux environments
Scripting experience with PowerShell, Shell/Bash, and SQL databases
Experience with production and deployment tools: VTOM, Control-M, XLRelease, XLDeploy, Artifactory, CFT, ServiceNow, Jira, Zabbix
Knowledge of DevOps practices, industrialization, automation, patch management, and OpenShift and GCP environments
