About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, install and configure desktop and laptop workstations
  • Image systems and integrate devices into the IT environment
  • Deploy business applications and software updates
  • Participate in hardware refreshes and upgrades of the IT estate
  • Configure user peripherals (printers, monitors, smartphones, docking stations)
  • Handle level 1 and 2 incidents and service requests
  • Provide on-site and remote user support
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and office productivity incidents
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
  • Track tickets and ensure service quality for users
  • Assist with the management, inventory and monitoring of the IT asset fleet

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support and user assistance environment
  • Level 1/2 IT support
  • Windows 10 / Windows 11
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office)
  • Workstation management
  • Imaging and workstation deployment
  • Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, GLPI, EasyVista, Jira...)
  • IT asset management
