About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively identify and approach IT profiles via LinkedIn, job boards and direct sourcing.
  • Build and nurture your own candidate pipeline.
  • Present our opportunities attractively and convince top talent to join Consort.
  • Conduct outcome-oriented screening interviews.
  • Select the most relevant profiles based on client requirements.
  • Quickly present qualified candidates to the sales teams.
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews and support them through onboarding.
  • Manage your activity through objectives and performance indicators.
  • Track candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Gradually participate in qualifying client needs.
  • Occasionally attend sales meetings.
  • Ensure follow-up with consultants on assignment.
  • Identify new business opportunities with our clients and partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in recruitment, sales, or client relations.
  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
  • Sourcing and direct approach/headhunting.
  • Phone screening/qualification.
  • Sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Building and developing candidate pools.
  • Strong proficiency with office tools and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the IT market or the Luxembourg market is a plus.
