PMO Assistant (M/F)
Consort GroupAssistant PMO managing agendas and reporting for Director General. Preparing presentations, tracking indicators, and ensuring data availability in a demanding environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and coordinate the Executive Management's calendars.
- Prepare and format presentation materials in PowerPoint.
- Create and update tracking tables and management dashboards in Excel.
- Produce, consolidate and ensure the accuracy of reports for Executive Management.
- Monitor action plans and deadlines.
- Prepare meetings, committees and associated documents.
- Ensure the quality, reliability and availability of data and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders and provide regular reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have prior successful experience in a PMO Assistant, Executive Assistant or project coordination role.
- You hold a higher education degree equivalent to Bachelor's to Master's level (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in management, project management or equivalent.
- You must master: Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office.
- Methodologies: activity tracking, reporting, project coordination, priority management.
- Professional knowledge: PMO assistance, Executive assistance, monitoring and management of indicators, project coordination.
