About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the operational management and cross-functional coordination of a strategic project
- Support the Project Director in program management (scheduling, milestones, dependencies)
- Structure and coordinate the parallelization of project workstreams
- Track work progress and consolidate management indicators
- Prepare materials for steering committees and governance bodies
- Monitor actions, decisions and escalations
- Identify and manage risks and mitigation plans
- Ensure coordination between technical, security, infrastructure and business teams
- Oversee operational execution of the project (costs, timelines, quality)
- Maintain a high level of coordination among all stakeholders
- Serve as the interface with support teams and change management
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in project management / PMO
- Experience with IAM (Identity & Access Management)
- Active Directory & Windows authentication
- Project management (planning, risk management, budget tracking, reporting)
- Multi-team coordination and project governance
- Experience in complex, secure IT environments
