About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure data integrity and support data governance processes within a large-scale transformation program focused on third-party data management
  • Contribute to the creation and enrichment of a centralized third-party reference database
  • Perform manual data collection (e.g., financial statements from official registries such as INPI)
  • Create and update records through accurate data entry processes
  • Support the development and adaptation of data mapping rules
  • Collaborate with data quality managers to improve data standards and processes
  • Assist in building reliable datasets for business lines, compliance, and operations
  • Monitor and control data quality by analyzing anomalies detected by algorithms
  • Perform remediation actions (duplicates, inconsistencies, missing data, incorrect mappings)
  • Apply accounting adjustments and management rules defined by subject-matter experts
  • Manage and track data anomalies until resolution
  • Respond to user queries related to data issues
  • Report incidents and collaborate with IT teams for resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience in data operations, financial data management, or similar environments
  • Strong understanding of data management and data quality principles
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
  • Ability to interpret financial data and apply accounting rules
  • Familiarity with data remediation and anomaly management processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage priorities and work in a structured environment
  • Language Skills: English - C1
