About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop AI use cases
- Design machine learning models
- Develop use cases around LLMs and generative AI
- Build and optimize data pipelines
- Automate operational KPIs
- Oversee Data and AI processing in production
- Analyze model performance and continuously improve
- Identify bottlenecks and manage ticket reassignments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years' experience in Data and AI environments
- Advanced Python
- SQL
- Databricks: Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, MLflow
- Supervised and unsupervised machine learning
- NLP / Text Mining and Generative AI
- Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Linux environments, Agile and DevOps
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or another ITSM tool is a plus
