About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, supervision and advanced support of a portfolio of service delivery applications
- Participate in the deployment and configuration of application environments
- Contribute to the integration of new customer products and services
- Document applications, environments and operational procedures
- Handle and triage level 2 and 3 incidents and anomalies
- Assist in diagnosing complex incidents
- Analyze application logs and WebService traffic
- Monitor applications and maintain monitoring systems
- Manage alerts and define associated response procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years' experience in application support in demanding production environments
- Application log analysis
- WebServices (REST / SOAP)
- SQL
- Web architecture
- Cloud application monitoring (AWS)
- Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
