About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Business System Analyst, you will participate in the implementation and monitoring of various IT and compliance systems and tools:
Participate in the implementation of IT and compliance systems and tools
Contribute to the implementation of the Veeva Validation Module
Help set up an IT Compliance Dashboard
Contribute to the implementation of billing and invoicing tools
Draft requirements and functional specifications
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders
Understand compliance-related impacts of systems
Actively take part in operational implementation activities
Monitor system implementations
Work closely with IT and compliance teams
Contribute to the evolution of existing tools and processes
Participate in the operational coordination of activities
Provide functional support for implemented systems
Ensure a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have an IT background with knowledge of compliance and CSV (Computer System Validation).
You understand CSV environments and the compliance impacts related to IT systems.
You are comfortable working in environments that mix IT, business tools and compliance.
You enjoy working in a concrete, hands-on way on system implementations.
You are looking for an environment where pragmatism, execution and collaboration are valued.
You have experience in IT and business analysis environments.
You enjoy working on system implementations and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
