Business Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop an active client portfolio through proactive prospecting (phone outreach, on-site meetings, events, networking)
- Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, drafting/presenting commercial proposals, and closing
- Work closely with recruitment teams to identify suitable technical profiles
- Lead client meetings and own the overall client relationship
- Maintain rigorous tracking of prospecting activities, performance metrics, and related administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Engineer (Ingénieur d'Affaires) in an IT services company (ESN)
- Strong experience in technical assistance
- Willingness to pursue an ambitious career path
- Comfortable building and managing relationships with both clients and candidates
