About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for deploying digital solutions and supporting end users
Participate in the rollout of digital tools on sites
Define and structure the local deployment methodology
Clarify requirements with business and IT teams
Prepare and organize user training
Provide on-site support and day-to-day user assistance
Monitor tool adoption and report needs/incidents
Support application updates and evolutions
Maintain communication between central teams and site teams
Ensure adherence to deployment schedules and deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years' experience in IT tool deployment and change management
Enjoys working on-site with teams, training and supporting users
IT environment: Windows / Azure / SharePoint / CRM / business applications
Agile project management (Scrum, backlog, user stories)
Change management and user training experience
Multi-site coordination and business/IT liaison
