Product Owner – e-Business
Consort GroupProduct Owner responsible for e-Business digital product delivery at Consort Group. Leading the user experience across digital channels and ensuring product coherence in a hybrid workspace.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and structure the product backlog (Epics, Features, User Stories)
- Translate the business vision into concrete, deliverable digital solutions
- Design and scope new features end-to-end
- Collaborate with UX/UI, CRO and Business Analyst teams
- Write and refine user stories aligned with business needs
- Ensure functional acceptance of deliveries (acceptance testing)
- Keep product documentation up to date
- Ensure the quality and consistency of digital journeys in production
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years' experience in demanding Agile / Product Delivery environments
- Scaled Agile / Scrum methodologies (SAFe is a plus)
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro
- Backlog management and value-driven prioritization
- Knowledge of subscription/onboarding flows (ideally in auto insurance)
- Digital accessibility (proven experience)
- Cross-functional coordination between IT and Business
- Writing user stories and facilitating workshops
