About the role

  • Manage business–IT projects, including the transformation of SAP ECC to a new ERP solution
  • Define and lead the transformation
  • Define and manage the public procurement / tendering process
  • Design and implement a test management framework
  • Set up project governance and monitoring tools (Jira, TOPdesk)
  • Organize change management activities with business stakeholders
  • Ensure integration of key user needs across projects
  • Monitor risks and issues across projects
  • Support PMO activities (budget, capacity planning, timelines)
  • Oversee ERP migration and transition phases
  • Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with standards
  • Ensure end-user training is delivered
  • Coordinate stakeholders and provide regular reporting

Requirements

  • Strong experience in IT project management
  • Experience in complex ERP transformation environments, including migrations and transitions
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
  • Experience in ERP transformation projects
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
  • Test management experience
  • BPMN (process modeling)
  • Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate)
  • Experience with other ERP systems (Dynamics, Odoo, etc.)
  • PRINCE2 certification or familiarity with the methodology
  • Proficiency with project tools (Jira, TOPdesk)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Structured, results-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical and risk management skills
  • Leadership experience in complex project environments
  • Languages: French – Fluent; English – Fluent; Dutch – Fluent
