About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage business–IT projects, including the transformation of SAP ECC to a new ERP solution
- Define and lead the transformation
- Define and manage the public procurement / tendering process
- Design and implement a test management framework
- Set up project governance and monitoring tools (Jira, TOPdesk)
- Organize change management activities with business stakeholders
- Ensure integration of key user needs across projects
- Monitor risks and issues across projects
- Support PMO activities (budget, capacity planning, timelines)
- Oversee ERP migration and transition phases
- Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with standards
- Ensure end-user training is delivered
- Coordinate stakeholders and provide regular reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in IT project management
- Experience in complex ERP transformation environments, including migrations and transitions
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Experience in ERP transformation projects
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
- Test management experience
- BPMN (process modeling)
- Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Experience with other ERP systems (Dynamics, Odoo, etc.)
- PRINCE2 certification or familiarity with the methodology
- Proficiency with project tools (Jira, TOPdesk)
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Structured, results-oriented approach
- Strong analytical and risk management skills
- Leadership experience in complex project environments
- Languages: French – Fluent; English – Fluent; Dutch – Fluent
