About the role

  • As an Oracle DBA, you are responsible for ensuring operational continuity and the ongoing development of our database ecosystem.
  • Installing, configuring and upgrading Oracle environments (19c+).
  • Deploying and integrating new databases on Exadata / ExaCC infrastructures.
  • Implementing and optimizing high-availability architectures (Data Guard, RAC).
  • Daily administration of Oracle databases in production and non-production environments.
  • Managing critical and non-critical incidents (diagnosis, resolution, root cause analysis - RCA).
  • Performance optimization (SQL tuning, query optimization, capacity planning).

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in demanding DevOps environments.
  • Oracle Database (19c+).
  • Exadata / ExaCC.
  • Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c+.
  • SQL.
  • PL/SQL.
  • Shell scripting.
  • Oracle GoldenGate (replication).
  • Linux / Unix environments.
  • Solid fundamentals in infrastructure (storage, networking).
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL (a plus).
  • Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments.
