About the role

  • Ensure availability, stability, and continuity of business-critical applications
  • Contribute to production readiness during application releases
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automation processes

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in demanding application production support or IT operations environments
  • Strong expertise in production support, ITSM, and DevOps-oriented environments
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITIL practices, Linux (RHEL), Unix, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Shell, YAML, Splunk, ELK, SysDig, Dynatrace, Control-M
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Ability to define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration mindset
  • Resilient, with strong priority and stress management
  • Clear, structured communication skills
  • Willingness to share knowledge and mentor others
  • English - C1
