About the role

  • Responsible for leading a global initiative to onboard applications to an IGA platform and ensure access reconciliation processes within the ecosystem
  • Define and execute the end-to-end project plan for onboarding applications to the IGA platform
  • Provide guidance on IAM concepts (application onboarding, RBAC, provisioning, reconciliation, recertification, segregation of duties)
  • Ensure project deliverables (scope, schedule, quality, budget) are met
  • Ensure implementation aligns with defined baselines
  • Build relationships with business owners, application teams, and security/compliance stakeholders
  • Define and produce dashboards, KPI reports, and risk registers
  • Monitor and report on reconciliation compliance and project progress
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure automation of reconciliation processes
  • Conduct steering committees, status updates, and risk/issue reviews
  • Identify, log, and manage issues, including root cause analysis and resolution coordination
  • Escalate critical issues to senior leadership with mitigation actions
  • Act as liaison between global and regional IAM teams and ensure governance follow-ups

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience leading large-scale global IT projects
  • Experience delivering IAM/IGA initiatives
  • Experience managing complex projects and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Project management of large-scale IT programs
  • IAM / IGA solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance)
  • Application onboarding and access reconciliation
  • Entitlement models (RBAC), certification, segregation of duties
  • KPI reporting and dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Risk management and reporting
  • Mastery of English
