About the role

  • Collect, analyze and challenge business needs while facilitating workshops with users and stakeholders
  • Write requirements and user stories with clarity and structure
  • Contribute to defining the platform's functional solution
  • Coordinate the migration of legacy use cases into the new data platform (planning, analysis, documentation, change management)
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams (developers, service center, test center) to ensure accurate implementation
  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for internal customers using the data platform
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining an up-to-date backlog and monitoring support tickets
  • Contribute to test strategy, test case development, test campaigns and anomaly analysis
  • Draft operating procedures and user guides
  • Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews, daily stand-ups)
  • Support project management activities (schedule follow-up, budget monitoring, progress reporting, risk management)

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in demanding, fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of data-related business environments (mandatory)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience in banking/insurance environments (nice to have)
  • Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational mindset
  • Proactive, pragmatic, curious and autonomous
  • Excellent team spirit with strong interpersonal skills
  • Language skills: French - C1, English - B2
