About the role
- Support the Feature Team in adopting and applying Scrum best practices
- Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, review, retrospective
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of the backlog
- Facilitate estimation and release planning
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality, processes, and team practices
- Help remove impediments, mitigate risks, and resolve project blockers
- Promote cross-team communication and knowledge sharing
- Foster a product- and customer-value-driven culture
- Monitor agile metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity…)
- Ensure smooth sprint execution and adherence to commitments
- Identify and analyze dysfunctions and propose corrective actions
- Provide methodological support to the team and business stakeholders
- Participate in maintaining internal processes and documentation
- Support the team in incident management and action prioritization
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a banking environment
- Proficient in agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Good understanding of technical environments (APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring…)
- Proven experience in high-volume projects or projects with regulatory constraints
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders: PO, Architects, Developers, QA, Business teams
- Knowledge of the banking sector (preferred)
- Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.
