About the role

  • Support the Feature Team in adopting and applying Scrum best practices
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, review, retrospective
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of the backlog
  • Facilitate estimation and release planning
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of quality, processes, and team practices
  • Help remove impediments, mitigate risks, and resolve project blockers
  • Promote cross-team communication and knowledge sharing
  • Foster a product- and customer-value-driven culture
  • Monitor agile metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity…)
  • Ensure smooth sprint execution and adherence to commitments
  • Identify and analyze dysfunctions and propose corrective actions
  • Provide methodological support to the team and business stakeholders
  • Participate in maintaining internal processes and documentation
  • Support the team in incident management and action prioritization

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a banking environment
  • Proficient in agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
  • Good understanding of technical environments (APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring…)
  • Proven experience in high-volume projects or projects with regulatory constraints
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders: PO, Architects, Developers, QA, Business teams
  • Knowledge of the banking sector (preferred)
  • Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.
