About the role

  • Support the cybersecurity posture of the AI & IT Innovation perimeter
  • Contribute to the Group’s AI & Data Cyber governance
  • Draft, update, and implement cybersecurity policies
  • Analyse security risks related to technologies and recommend mitigation measures
  • Participate in defining AI & Data Cyber governance frameworks
  • Assist in creating a complete inventory of applications
  • Support operational teams in implementing cybersecurity action plans
  • Ensure alignment of policies with organisational objectives
  • Monitor remediation plans, prepare risk committees, and perform reporting to management
  • Review and validate staff access requests
  • Oversee internal control testing and validation activities

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, EBIOS RM, ISO 27001)
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies, their risks, and security impacts
  • Expertise in infrastructure security, IT risk management and analysis
  • Experience with cloud environments, identity & access security, and data protection
  • Familiarity with GRC tools, CMDB management, and security assessment processes
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to think critically
  • Client-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in supporting operational teams
  • Language Skills: English - C1, French - Nice to have
