About the role

  • Support the Business Development, Business Intelligence, and Consigli’s Senior Leadership teams.
  • Research projects, companies, key individuals, and track potential leads into the CRM database.
  • Perform analytics and reporting when necessary.
  • Support the client satisfaction program and be involved with Company-wide Strategic Initiatives.
  • Track and manage all Federal and Advanced Technology leads.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across our CRM system.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality and reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and BI Analysts to enhance infrastructure and automate data flows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a Business Development role or similar strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with data management conventions and best practices.
  • Experience or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database preferred, specifically Unanet (Cosential).
