About the role
- Report directly to the CEO and lead US HR strategy and operations for Connexity
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Connexity and Taboola’s business objectives, values, and culture
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and act as strategic HR partner to managers and leaders
- Oversee US benefits design, implementation, and administration; partner with brokers and vendors
- Lead annual compensation review processes including salary benchmarking, merit increases, and bonus programs
- Analyze compensation data and recommend actions to executive leadership
- Serve as trusted advisor on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Build relationships with HR Directors in Germany and the UK and provide strategic global HR support
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Director to develop talent acquisition strategies and oversee recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee HRIS and employee data management
- Provide guidance to the Director of Culture and People Ops to drive engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive, inclusive work environment and mitigate risks
- Serve as primary point of contact with Taboola Human Resources to ensure alignment and consistency across organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership position
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
- Experience overseeing benefits, compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations in a global organization
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of senior functional HR leaders and a broader organization of at least 100 people
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results and support organizational growth
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to balance business priorities and employee needs through empathetic, people-first leadership
- Proven track record of navigating sensitive and complex situations with discretion, compassion, and emotional intelligence
