About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead ORCA's comprehensive school counseling program and Counseling Team
- Ensure every student in grades K–12 has access to a coordinated, data-informed, and equitable program
- Design and oversee systems for graduation planning, course selection, crisis prevention and intervention
- Use student outcome data to drive continuous program improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) as a School Counselor or School Social Worker
- Advanced degree in Counseling or Administration Preferred
- 3 years of leadership experience in a secondary school setting
- School Counseling experience preferred
- Ability to work some occasional evening hours
