About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in all phases of software development with an emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases
  • Analyze business needs to identify new processes or process improvements
  • Work as part of a cross-functional agile project team
  • Perform detailed requirements analysis
  • Document processes
  • Perform user testing
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Development Team, and Stakeholders
  • Establish user stories that represent the overall scope of the project
  • Coordinate with Government and program team for Agile transformation opportunities
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies
  • Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile values, principles, and practices
  • Help teams deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Monitor and measure the progress and impact of Agile development using relevant metrics and tools
  • Support Agile team in determining resource allocations for smooth project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree with five (5) years’ experience or AA with seven (7) years’ experience
  • Experience in leading Agile development in complex environments
  • Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Ability to coach and influence teams and individuals at different levels of maturity and seniority
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
