About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in all phases of software development with an emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases
Analyze business needs to identify new processes or process improvements
Work as part of a cross-functional agile project team
Perform detailed requirements analysis
Document processes
Perform user testing
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Development Team, and Stakeholders
Establish user stories that represent the overall scope of the project
Coordinate with Government and program team for Agile transformation opportunities
Participate in all Agile ceremonies
Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile values, principles, and practices
Help teams deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations
Monitor and measure the progress and impact of Agile development using relevant metrics and tools
Support Agile team in determining resource allocations for smooth project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree with five (5) years’ experience or AA with seven (7) years’ experience
Experience in leading Agile development in complex environments
Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies
Ability to coach and influence teams and individuals at different levels of maturity and seniority
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
