About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in all phases of software development with an emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases
- Analyze business needs to identify new processes or process improvements
- Work as part of a cross-functional agile project team
- Perform detailed requirements analysis
- Document processes
- Perform user testing
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Development Team, and Stakeholders
- Establish user stories that represent the overall scope of the project
- Coordinate with Government and program team for Agile transformation opportunities
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies
- Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile values, principles, and practices
- Help teams deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations
- Monitor and measure the progress and impact of Agile development using relevant metrics and tools
- Support Agile team in determining resource allocations for smooth project delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with five (5) years’ experience or AA with seven (7) years’ experience
- Experience in leading Agile development in complex environments
- Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to coach and influence teams and individuals at different levels of maturity and seniority
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
