About the role
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality Power BI dashboards and dataflows monthly.
- Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise in data science and business intelligence.
- Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Role is REMOTE with onsite monthly travel to Fort Hood, Texas.
Requirements
- Bachelor Science in Computer or Data Science
- Active Secret Clearance
- Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or Professional SCRUM Master (PSM I or II)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile project management or SCRUM Master roles
- Experience working with federal government clients or in a DoD environment
- Strong understanding of Power BI, dataflows, and dashboard development
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
