About the role

  • Own and administer the CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps, including multi-stage deployments, gated approvals, artifact handling, and secure variable configuration across Dev, Integration, Test, Staging, and Production
  • Execute SFDX package deployments across environments, troubleshooting metadata conflicts, dependency resolution failures, and package versioning issues
  • Own manual promotion gates for higher-level environments (Staging, Production), ensuring release readiness, validation, and traceability before each promotion
  • Manage release sequencing and deployment coordination across Scrum teams, ensuring changes are validated, tested, and promoted through gated environments

  • Leverage Nebula Logger and Elasticsearch to diagnose deployment issues, trace errors, and support post-deployment validation
  • Coordinate with MuleSoft and integration teams on deployment timing, API gateway changes, environment connections, certificates, secrets, and secure token handling
  • Troubleshoot AWS-side issues impacting Salesforce or integrations, including logging, API endpoints, service connectivity, and performance
  • Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure deployment readiness and post-deployment validation
  • Partner with cybersecurity to address findings by applying patches, completing STIG requirements, and remediating ACAS/Nessus findings
  • Support SAST/DAST tooling (Checkmarx) and ensure vulnerabilities are tracked and remediated
  • Produce and maintain audit-ready documentation including deployment notes, configuration records, STIG checklists, and pipeline diagrams

  • Strong Git proficiency with disciplined branching, pull requests, merge strategies, and code-quality gates
  • Experience managing multi-environment deployment pipelines with both automated and manual promotion gates
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot deployment failures, configuration drift, and dependency conflicts in a CI/CD context
