About the role
- Project management and technical leadership
- Supervise, plan and coordinate studies within your areas of expertise
- Ensure the technical quality of deliverables (impact studies, water law dossiers, ICPE - regulated classified facilities, etc.)
- Participate in field assessments and environmental monitoring of construction sites, as needed
- Team management and organization
- Assist the head of the division with schedule management, task allocation and team facilitation
- Provide technical support to study managers and validate their outputs
- Drive continuous improvement of internal processes
- Business development and client relations
- Participate in business prospecting, tender responses and client portfolio development
- Represent the company to public and private clients
- Encourage a proactive, solution-oriented approach within projects
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in environmental science, ecology, hydrology or environmental engineering
- 10 to 15 years' experience in an engineering consultancy or equivalent organization
- Strong experience managing complex environmental projects (ICPE, water law, biodiversity)
- Excellent communication, synthesis and teamwork skills
- Strong interest in management, business development and taking on increased responsibility
