About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop and maintain modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
  • Take responsibility for the frontend architecture and actively evolve a scalable, component-based system
  • Bridge UI/UX design and backend development
  • Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, build tooling and test infrastructure
  • Ensure high code quality through reviews, tests and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Shape technical decisions and the long-term architectural vision

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of hands-on experience building and scaling complex web applications
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frontend ecosystems
  • Business-fluent English (negotiation-level)
  • Strong ability to translate user needs and designs into high-quality interfaces
  • Experience with or interest in CI/CD and build infrastructures
  • Collaborative mindset for working across hardware and software boundaries
  • High degree of technical ownership and a strong quality focus in code
  • Analytical approach to solving complex challenges
  • Experience in developing medical devices/software is a plus
