About the role

  • You take ownership of complex finance projects: from strategy to implementation (e.g., digitalization, rollout of finance strategies, product & service management)
  • You manage transformation programs with multiple workstreams and act as a sparring partner at C-level
  • You advise clients across industries on CFO strategy

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a consultant in advisory (renowned management consultancy or boutique) with a focus on CFO strategy
  • Experience in a corporate environment (desirable but not required)
  • Expertise in CFO advisory (e.g., accounting, controlling)
  • Strong conceptual skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Confident presence at all levels — up to board level
  • Fluent German (C1), business‑fluent English and a university degree (BA/MA)
