About the role

You take responsibility for complex finance projects: from strategy to implementation (e.g., digitalization, implementation of finance strategies, product & service management)
You lead transformation projects with multiple workstreams and act as a sparring partner at C-level
You advise clients across industries in the area of CFO Strategy

At least 2 years' experience as a consultant in management consulting (top-tier firm or boutique) with a focus on CFO Strategy
Experience in a corporate environment (desirable but not mandatory)
Expertise in CFO advisory (e.g., accounting, controlling/management accounting)
Strong conceptual skills and a hands-on mentality
Confident presence at all levels — up to board level
Fluent German (C1), business-fluent English, and a university degree (BA/MA)
