About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a rewards controller supporting strategic and operational compensation initiatives and programs through data analysis, reporting, and system expertise
- Analyze employee lifecycle data, including turnover trends, exit interview feedback, and engagement results
- Play a critical role in enabling data-driven HR decisions across the organization
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, engagement)
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and management reporting, including market benchmarking
- Support the preparation of reward and compensation proposals
- Monitor key workforce metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Support implementation of AI tools and automation within HR processes
- Provide timely data and insights to support reward-related HR, Payroll, and Finance initiatives and projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Support ad hoc projects and ongoing organizational improvement initiatives in compliance with internal policies and corporate governance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field
- Knowledge of labor law and applicable regulations
- Experience in HR analytics, compensation, HRIS, or a related field
- Experience with people analytics, workforce planning, or HR reporting
- Knowledge of compensation structures and total rewards programs
- Experience with compensation analysis and benchmarking tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and partnerships and meet the needs of internal stakeholders
- Positive, enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize activities
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Exposure to AI tools or HR technology implementations is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel (required) and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint
