About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a rewards controller supporting strategic and operational compensation initiatives and programs through data analysis, reporting, and system expertise
  • Analyze employee lifecycle data, including turnover trends, exit interview feedback, and engagement results
  • Play a critical role in enabling data-driven HR decisions across the organization
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, engagement)
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and management reporting, including market benchmarking
  • Support the preparation of reward and compensation proposals
  • Monitor key workforce metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Support implementation of AI tools and automation within HR processes
  • Provide timely data and insights to support reward-related HR, Payroll, and Finance initiatives and projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Support ad hoc projects and ongoing organizational improvement initiatives in compliance with internal policies and corporate governance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Knowledge of labor law and applicable regulations
  • Experience in HR analytics, compensation, HRIS, or a related field
  • Experience with people analytics, workforce planning, or HR reporting
  • Knowledge of compensation structures and total rewards programs
  • Experience with compensation analysis and benchmarking tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and partnerships and meet the needs of internal stakeholders
  • Positive, enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize activities
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality
  • Exposure to AI tools or HR technology implementations is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel (required) and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint
